Session + action (stateless visitor token):
- `get_or_create_visitor_token` — Mint or echo a UUID session token for analytics attribution.
- `create_booking_intent` — Build a pre-filled deep link into the Funwaves checkout wizard. Customer completes payment on-site; no charge is made by this tool.

Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per IP.
